How and when do you get our products?
After receiving your order, we automatically and directly commission our supplier with the production and dispatch of your goods!
Please note that production is carried out externally by our partner and we have no influence on the production time. However, production usually takes place within 1 to 3 working days.
Shipping is also handled by our partner and you will receive your parcel from DHL. The dispatch time for shipments within Germany is a further 1 to 2 working days.
In total, you will usually receive your products within 3 to 5 working days of receiving your order.
Especially at the start of the sale on 27 November 2024 and in the following 1-2 weeks, there may be longer production periods of 1 to 5 working days due to an increased order volume. The total time until you receive your products can therefore increase to 3 to 7 working days.
IMPORTANT: We do not guarantee that the products will be delivered within the specified period.In exceptional cases, the dispatch time may vary.
Shipping costs
From an order value of 50€ (incl. VAT) we offer you within Europe a free shipment In this case, we will bear all shipping costs.
Below we cannot offer you free shipping, which is why we have to charge the shipping costs of 4,95€ (incl. VAT) to you.
The shipping costs outside Europe differ due to the longer distances. Here we can offer you shipping costs of €9.95 (incl. VAT).
