General Terms and Conditions
§1 Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via our online shop. Our online shop offers customised printed products that are produced and dispatched by our external partner Shirtigo GmbH.
§2 Contractual partner, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Vintage Drive Apparel. The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking on the ‘Order’ button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping basket.
The goods are produced and dispatched on behalf of Vintage Drive Apparel by our service provider Shirtigo GmbH.
§3 Prices and shipping costs
The prices quoted include statutory VAT. In addition to the prices quoted, we charge shipping costs for delivery. These will be clearly communicated to you during the ordering process.
§4 Delivery and retention of title
Delivery will be made by our external partner Shirtigo GmbH to the delivery address you specify. The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
§5 Right of cancellation
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of cancellation. You can find further information on this in the Cancellation policy.
§6 Warranty and liability
The statutory liability for defects applies. The responsibility for the production and dispatch of the ordered goods lies with our partner Shirtigo GmbH. In the event of defects or incorrect deliveries, please contact us. Please use our Contact portal.
§7 Rights to designs
All designs depicted on the products remain the intellectual property of Vintage Drive Apparel or the respective rights holders. Unauthorised use of the designs is prohibited.
§8 Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
